Scope of Work:
Study of plant specifications and review of contractor's commissioning test schedules and working out a detailed and comprehensive ̘commissioning test schedule for the entire plant The development of routine test procedures of plant and equipment’s to develop maintenance schedules to maintain the plant for high availability, and operate the plant with high efficiency to train the client's O & M personnel so that they take over O & M of the plant on completion of the contract period.

• Collect the required data for preparing shutdown procedures
• Compile the required data from existing procedures, man and equipment tag list
• Prepare shutdown specifications for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation based on data collected, client business plans, maintenance policy and discussions with the client
• Prepare schedule, equipment type-wise, based on agreement with client
• Review shutdown procedure
• Based on data gathered, assigns crafts, man-hours, spares and tools required for each shutdown procedure
• Prepare shutdown checks, identifies critical equipments based on Functional and Equipment Criticality Analysis carried out
• Outlines shutdown network program. .During the process, develops ‘what-if’ scenarios and turnaround library list of all the equipment, grouped by plant / unit / system / system group / maintainable group etc
• Outlines safety and permit system for each shutdown procedure
• Outlines budget cost estimate
• All the above activities to be checked for quality
